Job Summary:
The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager plays a crucial role in the dealership by assisting customers with their vehicle financing and insurance options. Key Responsibilities:
- Present and explain financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally.
- Secure financing through various financial institutions, negotiating customers' best possible rates and terms.
- Prepare all required paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and applicable laws.
- Offer and sell additional products such as extended warranties, vehicle service contracts, and other protection plans.
- Ensure all sales are conducted ethically and following legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to the financing process.
- Assist customers with understanding loan and lease terms, monthly payments, interest rates, and other key details.
- Maintain positive relationships with lenders and other financial institutions to ensure the best financing opportunities for customers.
- Review and submit paperwork to the accounting department in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations, as well as dealership finance programs, and maintain necessary certifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience in automotive finance or F&I management will be considered.
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in automotive finance (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance options.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial details in a simple, customer-friendly way.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with dealership management software (DMS) and financial platforms.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws related to automotive sales and financing.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Summary:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing Quality customer service to our customer base at all times.
- Continuously tracking the customer journey, their needs and opportunities
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills internally and externally
- Must be detail-oriented and able to document it in the company’s computer system.
- Ability to access vehicle needs and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
- Listen to customers and prepare an accurate estimate for labor & parts
- Establish follow-up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
REQUIREMENTS:
